Lemon Pepper Tuna Pasta Salad
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B garden rotini pasta
2 pouches (4 oz. ea.) Bumble bee lemon pepper tuna steaks
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tub (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!®mango pico de gallo
1 tbs. Lemon pepper seasoning
* Salt to taste
Cook Pasta according to package instructions. Drain in a colander under running cold water
to stop the pasta from cooking.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, pico de gallo, and lemon pepper seasoning in a large bowl.
Add cooled and WELL DRAINED pasta. Toss with tuna mixture.
Serve immediately or refrigerate. This recipe can be made 1 day before serving.
