Grilled Tuna Steaks Teriyaki
10 to 30 minutes
1 to 1 1/2 lb. Tuna Steaks, cut 1-inch thick
3/4 to 1 cup Golden Dip Ginger Teriyaki Marinade

* canola oil
Marinate tuna steaks in a shallow glass dish or on a plate 10 to 30 minutes (while you pre
pare the grill), turning occasionally to coat both sides.
To grill tuna steaks: Heat charcoal 30 minutes until coals are covered with a light layer
of gray ash, or heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed.
Oil grill grate well to prevent fish from sticking.
Grill tuna 5 minutes per side over Medium coals (see note) or until a meat thermometer ins
erted horizontally into the steaks reads 135 degrees F for Medium-Rare.
Baste with fresh marinade while cooking, if desired.
Cut grilled tuna into 4 portions and serve immediately.
TO bake tuna steaks: Heat oven to 425°F and cook steaks on a baking sheet 10 minutes per
1-inch of thickness.
