1/2 cup Peloponnese Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
1 cup Tuscany Cipriani Sauce
* Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
* Alessi Sea Salt
1 pound Basa Fillets
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. S
eason fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place fillets in baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce evenly o
ver tops of fillets.
Bake about 8 minutes, or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and just begi
ns to flake when tested with a fork. Do not overcook fish.
Remove fillets from oven; sprinkle with cheese and olives. Return to oven briefly, 1 to 2
minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
