1 1/2 pounds mahi-mahi fillets
1 3 ounce tub H-E-B Great Catch Asian Splash
1 8 ounce can diced water chestnuts, drained
2 large green onions, coarsely chopped
* salt and pepper
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13?inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Cut fillets into 4 portions. Lay fillets in dish. Spread Cajun Splash over fish. Top with
water chestnuts and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes or until fish turns from translucent to opaque (white) and begins to
flake when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
