Italian Meatball Sub Melt

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Italian Style Fully Cooked Meatballs
1 jar (26 oz.) Ragu Pasta Sauce, any flavor
2 H-E-B Bakery French Stick Loaves
1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready,Fresh,Go! Sliced Peppers & Onions
1 bag (6 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a large foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
Combine the frozen meatballs and pasta sauce in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plas
tic wrap. Heat in microwave on High power for 6 minutes and set aside.
Cut out a full length V-shaped wedge along the top of each loaf (about 2-inches wide and
2-inches deep). Evenly fill the loaves with the meatballs and sauce. Top the meatballs wit
h the sliced peppers & onions and Parmesan cheese.
Place the filled loaves and the V-shaped bread wedges cut from the top of the loaves on t
he same baking sheet. Top the bread wedges with remaining sauce, cheese, peppers and onion
s. Bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
