Chicken Garden Salad Lettuce Wraps
2 H-E-B Fully Cooked Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts, thin sliced
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
2 Medium tomatoes chopped
1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced 3-color bell peppers
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare pecan pieces
1 pkg. (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® lettuce scoops
Combine the thin sliced chicken breasts, ranch dressing, chopped tomatoes, 3-color bell pe
ppers and pecan pieces in a large salad bowl. Season the salad to taste with salt & pepper
, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
Before serving, arrange the lettuce scoops on a platter and scoop 1/3 cup of chicken gard
en salad in each lettuce scoop.
