Ingredients

2 tablespoons French vinaigrette dressing

1 avocado, cut into wedges

1 pt. grape tomatoes

1/4 red onion, cut into thin slices

1 (14 ounce) can salad-cut palm hearts

1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts

1 (8 ounce) bag Fresh Express Riviera Salad Blend

Directions


Divide salad blend among 4 salad plates.
Top with artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, and red onion rings. Cover and refri
gerate until ready to serve.
Right before serving, top with avocado wedges and drizzle with salad dressing.
