Strawberry-Spinach Salad

2 (6 ounces) bags Baby Spinach Leaves

1 quart (32 ounces) fresh strawberries

1/2 c. Azar Sliced Almonds

* Dressing:

1/4 c. Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/4 c. Domino Sugar

1 tablespoon Each Morton & Bassett Poppy and Sesame Seeds


Cut and discard stems from strawberries. Wash strawberries and pat dry. Cut lengthwise int
o thin slices (from stem ends to tips).
Toss spinach and strawberries together in a large bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with almonds and season salad to taste. Serve immediately.
