Italian Grilled Vegetable Bread Pizza
1 H-E-B Bakery French Bread, sliced open lengthwise
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® Peppercorn Blue Dressing or your favorite flavor
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded italian blend cheese
1 cup each thin sliced H-E-B frozen Grilled Zucchini, Eggplant & Peppers
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Heat Oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside. Place the two F
rench bread halves on the prepared baking sheetcrust-side down.
Spread the bread halves with 1/4 cup Peppercorn Blue Dressing. Sprinkle each bread half w
ith 1/2 cup of Italian blend shredded cheese and top each with 1/2 of thin sliced H-E-B Gr
illed Zucchini, Eggplant and Peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded Italian blend c
heese and the chopped basil.
Bake the Italian Bread Pizzas on the bottom oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese melts
and begins to turn golden. Cool for 5 minutes and slice each French bread pizza into 1-in
ch slices and serve.
