Grilled Vegetable & Chicken Pizza
1 H-E-B Bakery French Loaf, sliced lengthwise
1/2 c. Heluva Good Dip, any flavor
1 c. each H-E-B Select Frozen Grilled Zucchini, Eggplant and Red & Yellow Peppers, thin sl
2 H-E-B Fully Cooked Pesto Chicken Breast, thin sliced
1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
Heat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
Place French bread halves on the prepared baking sheet cut-side up and spread each half wi
th 1/4 cup of the Heluva Good Dip.
Sprinkle each half with equal amounts of the thin sliced zucchini, eggplant, peppers and
chicken. Top with chopped basil and shredded Italian blend cheese.
Bake the pizzas on the bottom oven rack for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and begins t
o turn golden. Cool for 5 minutes and slice each French bread pizza into 8 slices and serv
