Garden Fresh Veggie Pizza
1 unbaked pizza crust (16 inches)
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 large roma tomatoes, thin sliced
1 cup each: H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sliced Mushrooms and Pimiento Strips
1 can Hill Country Fare Sliced Black Olives
Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spr
Place the pizza crust in the pan and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the fresh chop
ped basil leaves.
Top pizza crust with half of the shredded cheese, the sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, pimient
os, olives and remaining cheese.
Bake the pizza on the lower oven rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles an
d begins to brown. Cut pizza into 8 slices and serve.
