8 HEB fat-free flour tortillas
2 cups H-E-B pasta sauce
2 cups low-fat shredded monterey jack cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped (optional)
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Place 4 tortillas on microwave tray and microwave 2 minutes on High power.
Turn tortillas over and microwave on High power for 2 more minutes.
Remove tortillas from microwave oven and place on microwave safe plates.
Spread 2 Tablespoons pasta sauce on each tortilla using the back of the spoon.
Sprinkle each tortilla with ¼ cup shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped tomato, 1 teaspoon
bell pepper or onion if you like and 1 tablespoon sliced mushrooms.
Heat each pizza for one minute.
Repeat instructions for the next 4 pizzas
