Pesto Chicken With Penne Pasta
1 (quart size) H-E-B Tough & Easy Storage Bag
4 H-E-B Natural Chicken Breasts
1 c. H-E-B Pesto Sauce, divided in half
1 box (16 oz.) H-E-B Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
1 c. H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1 H-E-B Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 c. H-E-B Shredded Parmesan Cheese
In a storage bag marinate chicken in half of the pesto sauce for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cook and drain pasta according to package instructions.
In a sauté pan cook chicken for 15-20 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is
done. Remove and keep warm.
In the same pan, add heavy whipping cream and bouillon cube, simmer until bouillon is diss
olved. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup of pesto sauce.
Toss pasta with sauce and lay chicken breast on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
