Pasta With Fresh Basil Tomato Sauce
1 pound H-E-B spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 (14.5-ounce) can H-E-B crushed tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried basil)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine oil, garlic, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, lower heat and simmer no longer than 10 minutes.
Turn spaghetti into serving dish.
Pour sauce on top.
