Hearty Meatballs & Mushrooms Over Fettuccine
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked® Homestyle Meatballs
12 ounces uncooked fettuccine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Tasso's Olive Oil
1 (10.5 ounce) can mushroom gravy
1 cup Fischer & Weiser Steak & Grilling Sauce
* salt & pepper, to taste
Place 3 quarts water in a 6-quart pot over High heat and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, heat meatballs in microwave according to package directions. Chop onion.
Place fettuccine in boiling water; cook at time recommended on package. Drain well.
While fettuccine cooks, heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Saute onion 5 m
inutes or until tender. Add gravy and grilling sauce; stir to combine until mixture is hea
ted thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add meatballs; toss to coat. Serve over fettuccine.
