Grilled Vegetable Lasagna

1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Frozen Grilled Eggplant
1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Frozen Zucchini
1 container (24 oz.) Cottage Cheese
2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 jar (26 oz.) H-E-B Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce
In a microwave safe casserole dish layer ingredients alternating vegetables, cheese, and s
auce, finishing with cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 20-25 minutes on high, rotating dish half way th
rough cooking time.
When Lasagna is hot and bubbly, remove and serve as a main course or as a side dish.Option
al ingredients: add in H-E-B Fully Cooked®; Italian Beef Crumbles and or H-E-B No Boil Las
agna Noodles.Optional: sprinkle top of lasagna with crumbled Italian Croutons
