Fettuccine Alfredo With Smoked Salmon
1 4.5 ounce package H-E-B original hot smoked salmon
1 9 ounce package fresh fettucini
1 10 ounce container Contadina alfredo sauce, regular or light
2 tablespoons shredded or grated parmesan cheese
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil in a 4 to 5-quart pot over high heat to cook pasta.
Remove skin from salmon. Put salmon in a 1-quart saucepan and flake apart with a fork.
Pour Alfredo sauce over salmon and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When sauc
e boils, remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Boil pasta 2 minutes or until al dente. Drain thoroughly. Return pasta to cooking pot. Tos
s withsauce to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately
