Broccoli-Noodle Parmesan Bake

4 cups (8 oz) wide egg noodles, uncooked

2 tbsp. butter or margarine

1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup

1 cup ( 4 oz) shredded mozzarella or shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 bag (16 oz) frozen HCF broccoli cuts


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and
set aside.
In a large cooking pot, cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Using the same cooking pot, add soup, cheeses, frozen broccoli and cooked noodles mixture;
stir to combine.
Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
