Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Country-style Pork Loin Ribs

* salt & pepper

1 tablespoon oil

1 jar (12 oz.) World Art Foods™ Thai Ginger Peanut Sauce

Directions


Cut each pork strip crosswise into 1-inch cubes. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet over Medium-High heat. Add pork cubes; cook 6 to 8 minutes, scooping a
nd turning frequently, until browned and crusty. Reduce heat to Medium-Low. Pour sauce ove
r pork. Stir and scrape bottom of pan to loosen and combine any browned bits; simmer 3 to
5 more minutes or until pork is done. Stir occasionally.
Remove skillet from heat and cover until ready to serve.
