5 to 7 minutes
2 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 cup picante sauce (medium)
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil (optional)
Mix marinade ingredients together in a glass dish or sealable plastic bag. Add beef cubes
and marinate for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Put two beef cubes on each 4 inch wooden skewer. (Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so
they won't burn.)
Grill over medium coals for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn occasionally.
