2 H-E-B Natural Angus Boneless Beef Ribeye Steaks, cut 3/4 or 1-inch thick
1 1/2 cups Cookwell & Company ™ Garlic & Molasses Marinade
* Adams Reserve Fine Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper
Place steaks and marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; marinate ste
aks 30 to 60 minutes.
Light charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Pour marinade from steaks into a small pot. Bring to a boil over Medium heat; simmer 3 mi
nutes or longer until reduced slightly and thickened. Set aside.
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness, according to steak package
directions. Top with reduced marinade and serve.
