Sweet Chili Chicken Stir-Fry
2 cups instant long grain rice
1 (6 oz.) can Hill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken, drained
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsps. canola oil
4 cups Hill Country Fare Asian Stir-Fry Blend
Prepare instant long grain rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Meanwhile, combine sliced chicken and sesame oil in a large bowl and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil-marinated chicken and st
ir-fry over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is thoroughly heated. Place cooked
chicken in small bowl and add sweet chili sauce; set aside and keep warm.
Using the same skillet, heat over high heat and add canola oil. Stir-fry Hill Country Fare
Asian Stir-Fry Vegetables for 4 minutes to desired tenderness.
