1 (12 oz.) container H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken

1 (20 oz.) can Rosarita Enchilada Sauce

1 (8 oz.) pkg. H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup chopped onion

1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce, thin sliced

1 (12 ct.) pkg. Rosarita Taco Shells


Combine shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 c
up of chopped onion in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Remaining sauce, cheese and onion w
ill be used to top spicy tacos. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven on
High power for 3 minutes; stir.
Fill each taco shell with heated chicken mixture and top with shredded lettuce, onions, an
d cheese. Serve warm
