Southwest Chicken With Dumplings

1 pound uncooked H-E-B All Natural Chicken Breast, diced

1 Tablespoon Ottavio Grapeseed Oil

1 jar Texas Two-Step Tomatillo & Green Chile Stew Mix

1 carton (32 ounce) Central Market Organics Chicken Broth

1/2 cup Adams Reserve Mirepoix

1 bag (10-count) fresh H-E-B Tortillas from Bakery


Cut chicken into bite-size or 1/2-inch pieces.
Heat a 5 to 6-quart pot over Medium-High heat; add oil. Brown diced chicken in oil about
5 minutes.
Stir in stew mix, broth and mirepoix. Bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to Medium; simmer 20 minutes, uncovered.
Meanwhile, cut tortillas into 1-inch squares (a pizza cutter works well for this). Sprinkl
e tortilla squares over top of stew; simmer 5 more minutes and serve.
