Smoked Glazed Pork With Cran-Apricot Relish

1 (1 lb.) pkg. smoked pork chops

1/3 cup plus 2 tbsps. orange juice

1/3 cup H-E-B Apricot More Fruit

1/3 cup diced dried apricots

1/4 cup dried cranberries or craisins

3/4 cup finely chopped cucumber

1/2 cup chopped green onion tops


Combine relish ingredients in a medium bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons orange juice. Set asi
de to allow flavors to blend.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Brown pork chops 2 to 3 mi
nutes per side.
Push pork chops to one side of skillet. Add 1/3 cup orange juice and preserves to skillet;
stir to blend.
Turn chops in sauce to coat both sides. Reduce heat to Medium; simmer 3 to 5 more minutes
until sauce thickens slightly and sticks to chops.
Serve chops with Cran-Apricot Relish
