Sesame-Crusted Pork Tenderloin
10 minutes (Marinating time: 2 hours)
20 to 35 minutes
1 pound H-E-B Natural Pork Tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped very finely or crushed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dry ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a large sealable plastic bag. Add ten
derloin and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours
Heat oven to 400F.
Remove pork from marinade and pat dry. Combine honey and brown sugar on a shallow plate.
Roll pork to entirely coat surface and then roll in sesame seeds.
Roast pork in a shallow pan on a rack 25 to 30 minutes until a meat thermometer inserted i
n the center reads 140F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly and serve
