Sage & Mustard Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients

2 to 3 lbs. boneless center cut pork loin roast

2 tsps. McCormick Rubbed Sage

2 tsps. McCormick Dry Mustard

2 tsps. each McCormick Salt and McCormick Coarse Black Pepper

1 tsp. McCormick Ground Ginger

2 tbsps. olive oil

6 cloves garlic, crushed or minced

Directions


Combine dry seasonings for paste. Stir in olive oil and garlic.
Lay pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up. Rub seasoning paste over top of
roast. Let stand 1 hour.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Roast pork 40 to 90 minutes, uncovered, until center of roast reaches an internal temperat
ure of 150 degrees.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving into 1/4-inch thick slices. Pork should have a light p
ink blush in center
