1 pound boneless Pork Sirloin Chops, cut 3/8-inch thick
1 teaspoon Caribbean Jerk seasoning
1 (4 ounce) bag dried apples
1 tablespoon H-E-B Butter
1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 - 1 1/2 cups Tulocay's® Apple Chipotle Grilling Glaze Finishing Sauce
Season chops on both sides with jerk seasoning. Chop apples coarsely.
Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over Medium heat. Add lemon juice and tilt skille
t to coat. Add apples and cook 5 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.
Raise heat to Medium-High. Add pork chops and brown 2 minutes per side.
Reduce heat to Medium-Low and pour finishing sauce into skillet with pork. Add apples back
to skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes; stir occasionally.
