1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork sirloin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick
* Morton & Bassett Whole Black Peppercorns, ground
3/4 cup Pineapple H-E-B More Fruit
1/3 cup Kame Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Sesame Seeds
Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops 2 minutes per side.
Blend More Fruit and oyster sauce in a small bowl; pour over chops and reduce heat to medi
um-low. Cover skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chops reach an internal temperature
of 150 to 155 degrees.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
