Mini Turkey-Cranberry Meat Loaves
1 to 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
2/3 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing
1/2 cup chopped green onions with tops
1/3 cup coarsely chopped dried cranberries
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon each: salt and ground black pepper
* non-stick cooking spray
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Chop green onions.
Coarsely chop cranberries.
Lightly beat egg in medium bowl and combine with turkey, stuffing, green onions, cranberri
es, wine, salt and pepper.
Divide and shape mixture into 4 loaves and place in baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool slightly, slice and serve.
