Mango Ginger Chicken With Fresh Fruit Salsa

1 1/2 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts

1 cup plus 2 tablespoo Fischer & Weiser® Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Alessi Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper

4 green or gold kiwis, peeled & cut

1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper (1 small)

1 cup chopped strawberries (about 8)

1/2 cup chopped green onion with tops (about 1/2 bunch)

1 fresh jalape&241;o or Serrano pepper, chopped, seeds & stem removed


Place chicken in a shallow glass dish; pour 1 cup Fischer & Wieser sauce over chicken and
turn to coat. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes; turn chicken occasionally. Season with salt and
pepper just before grilling.
Meanwhile, prepare salsa: peel kiwis and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Stack s
lices and cut into quarters. Combine kiwis with remaining salsa ingredients; toss with 2 t
ablespoons Fischer & Wieser sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes until coals are covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat g
as grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side over Medium coa
ls (375 degrees F grill surface temperature). Brush cooked side with additional Fischer &
Wieser sauce after turning, if desired. Remove from grill when a meat thermometer inserted
horizontally into the thickest part of chicken reads 160 degrees F. Serve with fruit sals
