1 cup H-E-B Fresher Lasting salsa
1 can (10 oz.) H-E-B premium chunk breast of chicken drained & flaked
2 H-E-B Fresher Lasting jumbo avocado halves each cut into 5 slices
3 cups Shredded lettuce
1/2 cup H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
10 H-E-B low carbohydrate flour tortillas
Spread 2 Tablespoons of salsa on each Low Carbohydrate Flour tortilla. Arrange 2 Tablespo
ons HEB Premium Chunk Breast of Chicken down the center of each tortilla, 1 slice of avoca
do, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce and 2 Tablespoons Mexican Blend shredded cheese.
Roll and press the tortilla gently and wrap in plastic wrap or secure with 2 toothpicks.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut each chicken roll in half on the diagonal and serve
