1 pound H-E-B Ground Beef

3/4 cup chopped water chestnuts

1 cup HEB Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 onion, finely chopped

2 teaspoons chili sauce

2 teaspoons Gulden's Mustard

3 1/2 teaspoons La Choy Soy Sauce


In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, water chestnuts, cheese, onion, chili sauce, mus
tard, and soy sauce. Mix together well and form 6 patties.
Using a griddle or skillet, cook patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or
desired doneness.
