Jumping Jack's Jalapeño Burgers
1 lb Ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons picante salsa
4 teaspoons jalapeño nacho slices, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 multigrain or onion hamburger buns
Mix beef, onion, cream, garlic, salt and pepper and form into 8 thin patties.
Top each of 4 patties with 1 teaspoon picante salsa, 1 teaspoon jalapeño and 2 tablespoons
Top with remaining 4 patties, press edges to seal in toppings.
Grill over Medium coals for 12 to 14 minutes.
Turn once after 7 minutes.
Serve on your favorite bun. Spread burger with extra salsa.
