Herb-Marinated Beef Steaks With Asparagus

Ingredients

2 HEB Natural Angus Boneless or NY Strip Steaks, cut 1-inch thick

1 cup plus 1/2 cup Cookwell & Company Italian Herb & Olive Oil Ma
rinade

1 teaspoon each Adams Reserve Sea Salt, Coarse Black Pepper and Garlic Powder

1 bunch asparagus (about 12 ounces), tough ends removed

2 to 4 ounces feta cheese crumbles, seasoned or flavored

Directions


Place steaks and 1-cup marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; marina
te steaks 30 to 60 minutes.
Light charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Break or cut tough ends from asparagus and discard. Drizzle 1/4 cup dressing over asparag
us.
Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Season steaks with salt, pepper and garlic
powder. Grill to desired doneness, according to steak package directions. Cook asparagu
s on grill with steaks 5 to 10 minutes or until tender; brush with remaining 1/4 cup marin
ade.
Remove steaks from grill; sprinkle immediately with cheese, let stand 3 minutes and serve
