Grilled Thai Chicken Peanut Satay

1 1/2 lbs. H-E-B boneless skinless chicken tenders

1/2 cup Central Market™ Organics peanut satay sauce

2 Tbsp. each: Chopped fresh mint cilantro & basil

* Juice of 1 lime

1/4 tsp. Central Market™ Organics crushed red pepper

1 Tbsp. Central Market™ Organics light brown sugar

12 bamboo skewers (soaked in water 20 minutes)


Combine the chicken tenders and Satay sauce in a Zipper bag, turn over gently to coat and
refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the chopped mint, cilantro, basil, lime juice, crushed red pepper, suga
r and 1/3 cup water in a small bowl and refrigerate.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Skewer 2 chicken tenders on each water s
oaked bamboo skewer and set on a foil lined dish. Grill each Satay for 3 to 4 minutes per
side or until the internal temperature reaches 170F. Place grilled Thai Chicken Peanut Sat
ays on a platter and drizzle with the prepared lime sauce.
