Garlic And Herb Chicken Saute
1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cut in strips
1 cup KC Masterpiece Garlic and Herb Marinade
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 cup assorted vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers) cut in bite size piec
Place chicken in bowl and add 1/2 cup marinade; stir to coat.
Marinate in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Stir in vegetables and saute until cris
p-tender, about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Brown marinated chicken in hot skillet, about 4 minutes.
Add reserved vegetables and remaining 1/2 cup marinade to chicken and stir to combine. Hea
t thoroughly. Serve immediately with hot cooked rice.
