1 package McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak or sirloin steak, thinly sliced diagonally
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion
2 bell peppers, cut in thin strips
* rice (optional)
Combine gravy mix, water and soy sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté meat 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
Stir in gravy mixture, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Add onion and bell pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
