Easy Home Made Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef (90% lean)

1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper

6 each crackers, finely crushed

1 each egg, beaten

Directions


Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).
Combine ground beef with seasonings, crackers and egg in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using 2 tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.
Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.
Bake 20 minutes in oven on center rack.
Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned
