* H-E-B white corn tortillas
* Tomatillo salsa
* H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
* H-E-B crema (mexican sour cream)
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Follow package instructions on chicken to warm through. Then shred, or pull chicken apart
into small pieces.
Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Fill tortillas with chick
en and roll into enchiladas. Place in baking dish.
