Chicken Fajita & Grilled Peppers Dip
1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B sour cream, regular light or fat free
1 1/2 cups Chopped H-E-B fully cooked® chicken fajita strips
1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® pico de gallo, mild medium or hot
1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
* Salt and pepper
* H-E-B deli entertainer crackers any variety
Combine sour cream, chicken fajita strips, pico de gallo and cilantro in a food processor
bowl and process for 15 seconds into a chunky texture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Use a "Dip and Chip" plate to serve the dip and crackers
