Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 package Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni

1 1/3 cups milk

2 cups hot water

5 cups slightly crushed tortilla chips

1 1/4 cups salsa

2/3 cup sour cream

* sliced ripe olives, if desired

* sliced green onions, if desired

Directions


Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring with heatproof spatula or spoon to
break beef into small pieces. Cook until beef is brown; drain beef in colander. Return be
ef to skillet.
Stir in uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, milk and hot water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasiona
lly; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from he
at. Uncover and let stand about 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you'd like (sauce
will thicken as it stands).
Place 1 cup tortilla chips on each of 5 dinner plates. Spoon about 1 cup beef mixture over
tortilla chips on each plate. Top each with 1/4 cup salsa and about 2 tablespoons sour cr
eam. Sprinkle with olives and onions.
