15 minutes (Plus 4 to 24 hours marinate time)
3 pounds boneless pork country-style ribs
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
Combine marinade ingredients in a sealable 1-gallon plastic bag. Add pork and turn to coat
. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours Turn bag occasionally.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a roasting rack on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Remove meat from marinade and place on rack. Pour marinade into a 1-quart saucepan.
Bring marinade to a boil over Medium-Low heat 3 minutes and set aside.
Roast pork in oven 20 minutes. Remove pork from oven and baste top side; turn and baste se
cond side. Return to oven and roast 15 minutes. Remove, baste and turn again.
Roast 5 more minutes. Remove pork from oven when 160 degrees internal temperature. Cut int
o thin slices and serve while hot
