Boneless Ribs With Whiskey BBQ Sauce
40 minutes (for grilling)
2/3 pounds boneless Country-Style Pork Ribs
* Texas on the Plate Whiskey 'n' Peaches BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons Morton & Bassett Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Domino Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Coriander
2 teaspoons Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Alessi Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
Heat charcoal 40 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on
High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Combine seasoning mixture; sprinkle over both sides of ribs and set aside.
Place ribs on grill 4 inches from heat source and brown each side 2 to 4 minutes. Baste ri
