2 (8 oz.) beef sirloin steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
1 tsp. steak seasoning
3 thick slices bacon
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup, thinly sliced red bell pepper
8 oz. small mushrooms, quartered
2 tsp. crumbled blue cheese
Season steaks on both sides with steak seasoning, and set aside. Prepare grill for steaks.
While grill comes to temperature, cook bacon on a stove top until crispy.
Remove bacon, do not discard drippings. Over medium low heat add all remaining ingredients
except for blue cheese. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Grill steaks to desired doneness. Top with sauce, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.
