Asian Pork & Cabbage Stir Fry

1 pound boneless Center-Cut Pork Loin Chops, cut 3/8-inch thick

1 small onion, cut into strips

1 red bell pepper, seeds & stem removed

2 (3 ounces) cartons H-E-B Great Catch® Asian Splash

1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil

2 tablespoons Nakano Rice Vinegar

1 (8 ounce) bag 3-color Cole Slaw


Cut onion in half; cut halves into thin strips. Cut pepper into thin strips.
Heat a large nonstick skillet 2 minutes over Medium-High heat. Add pork and cook 1 minute
per side. Pour in 1 carton (1/4 cup) Asian Splash; turn pork to coat and cook 1 more minut
e. Remove pork to a plate; cover to keep warm.
Add oil to skillet; stir-fry onion and bell pepper 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp tender. A
dd remaining splash and vinegar; stir to blend. Add cole slaw; cook 1 minute or until slaw
is wilted. Serve with pork
