1/2 cup Canyon Grilling & Dipping Sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup Vidalias & Sweet Peppers Relish
1/4 cup Terrapin Ridge Smokey Onion Mustard
4 Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

Heat charcoal until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 mi
nutes with lid closed.
Meanwhile, combine beef with grilling sauce, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into four 4-in
Grill patties over Medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side. Top with cheese after turning to s
econd side; lay buns around perimeter of grill to heat, if desired. Close grill lid to mel
t cheese. Before removing from heat, use an instant read meat thermometer inserted sideway
s into ground beef patties to ensure beef has reached an internal temperature of 160 degre
es throughout, or until center is not pink and juices show no pink color. Put cooked patti
es on a clean plate.
Spread bottom half of bun with onion relish. Spread top bun with mustard. Place patties, t
omato slices and lettuce in between buns. Serve immediately.
