1 (9-inch) frozen Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked
4 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
1 (.44 oz.) package Hill Country Fare Sugar-Free Strawberry Gelatin
Bake piecrust according to package directions and cool.
Arrange strawberries in pie crust and set aside.
Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl.
Sprinkle strawberry gelatin into water and stir.
Microwave on High power for 1 minute and add 1 cup water.
Place bowl with dissolved gelatin over another bowl filled with ice cubes.
Stir dissolved gelatin until it begins to thicken.
Immediately pour gelatin over strawberries in crust.
Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 15 minutes or until firm and ready to cut
