1 cup Splenda
2 (12 ounce) cans Hill Country Fare Evaporated Milk
5 whole eggs, beaten
1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine Splenda, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, eggs, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2
cup water in a large bowl: stir well. Pour custard mixture a 9x13-inch baking dish and pl
ace inside a larger baking pan. Fill outside baking pan halfway with water.
Bake flan in water bath on center oven rack for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The flan is ready w
hen a knife, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Carefully, remove baking dish with f
lan from baking dish with hot water. Cool flan for 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
