1 (16 oz.) bag Hill Country Fare Frozen Stawberries, defrosted and drained
1/3 cup H-E-B Sugar or equivalent sugar substitiute
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled
1/4 cup H-E-Buddy Chocolate or Strawberry Syrup
Place stawberries in a food processor or blender bowl. Blend strawberries 1-minute or unti
l smooth. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the blended strawberries and process for 15 mor
e seconds; set mixture aside.
Place the chilled whipping cream in a large mixing bowl. Beat the cream with an electric m
ixer on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cream forms soft peaks.
Gently mix the stawberry mixture into the whipped cream. Spoon the stawberry mousse into d
essert dishes. Top each dessert with a teaspoon of chocolate or strawberry syrup.
